Regeneration Corps is a learning collaboration between youth, farmers, teachers, racial justice leaders, resilience and agriculture organizations, schools, and volunteers. This program connects youth with hands-on regenerative agriculture skills-building opportunities while earning school credit through Flexible Pathways and project-based learning programs. It integrates racial justice and land tending skills with hands-on experience and creativity.
Our goal is for farming, land stewardship, and justice to be integrated into education systems, and to create channels for learning to be more experiential and meet society's present needs. We see Regen Corps as an emergent strategy for working at the intersection of youth empowerment, racial justice, regenerative agriculture, education system change, and addressing the climate crisis with the most impacted constituencies.
